• Princesse Miamia : Basics
A purchase is a special attention for yourself or someone you care about, everything needs to be purrrfect. And it is even better if this gift promotes nice values! :)
From illustrations to packaging, nothing is left to chance. Princesse Miamia is always looking for ecologically concerned local providers for its products.
Fabric and bags are printed in France, using non-toxic water-based inks. The packaging is made with recycled and biodegradable paper fibers.
• Intellectual Property
• Products and Prices
Prices are to be understood in Euros (Taxes Included), shipment not included. Princesse Miamia may change the prices of its products at any time.
At the end of your purchase, you will be redirected to Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to proceed with payment. Simply follow the instructions on your screen. You'll then receive an e-mail from Paypal confirming your purchase on Princesse Miamia’s website.
Your order will be processed upon receipt of your payment.
Should the product you require be exceptionally out of stock after purchase confirmation, Princesse Miamia will contact you by e-mail within 3 working /business days for a new shipment date or a refund.
All products are frequently restocked. If you would like an out of stock product, please contact the e-shop to obtain a new availability date. You can use the « contact » form or send an e-mail to : email@example.com
• International Shipment
Princesse Miamia will inform you by e-mail on shipment of your order, within 2 to 4 working/business days after payment confirmation (excluding specified vacations).
All products are carefully packaged and protected for their journey to you.
Small and light products like Postcards, Sleeping masks or Tote bags are sent via Petit Paquet International to every country.
The other items are sent via Colissimo International.
Princesse Miamia cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost shipments linked to postal services. Please note that there is no shipment tracking, and delivery time may vary in each country.
• Cancellation and Return
Princesse Miamia works continuously to provide you quality products and services. To avoid surprises each product description is fully detailed on the e-shop. Please carefully read the article description before purchasing it !
Should you not be satisfied, the goods can always be returned following process below:
In accordance with applicable law you have 14 days to return the products after reception.
Each product must be returned in its original packaging, and must not have been used, nor damaged and be perfectly clean. Princesse Miamia will make a refund or exchange the product.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. If the parcel is damaged or lost, Princesse Miamia will not be able to refund the customer, and you should contact your shipment company.
